1) How is Next Gear India Pvt. Ltd (NGIPL) and CoreLogic connected and which company are we joining. Why work with us?

2) What will be our working hours and are we required to work beyond those hours? Will we get late night working compensation?
Your working hours will be generally either 1pm to 10pm or 2pm to 11pm. We are working these hours, as the products we create and support for CoreLogic has a team working cohesively in the US as well. We need overlapping hours with our US office to interact, learn and collaborate with our teams sitting in that part of the world. We are currently working in a hybrid model and the culture is performance driven.
The right completely remains with the company to change your working hours incase there is a change in your roles and responsibilities or the country you will serve.
3) How many days a week do we need to come to office?
We are currently working in a hybrid model. We encourage our employees to come to office twice a week. It completely depends on the line manager you are reporting, to take this decision and call you to office when required. Our expectation is you are based out of Delhi-NCR and available when required.
4) Will we get Cab pick-up and drop facility to come to office?
Our work environment is currently hybrid. You are not required to come office everyday. The days you are expected to work from office, the timings are flexible. The availability of public transport is easy during those hours. Our office is located in a prime location and availability and proximity of public transportation is an advantage. Hence, we do not provide cab pick-up and drop.
5) Will there parking space and will we get parking reimbursement if we get our car to office?
Yes, we do have designated car parking in office. There are days when the number of spaces are exhausted in the office, then a nearby parking space is tied up with.
6) What is the pay date? How do we get the salary credit?
The salary is credited on the last working day of the month.
7) What is Forma, when does Forma points get credited, and do they expire?
Forma is a well-being portal for the employees to buy products or services online, or claim reimbursements of offline purchase which they need for their fitness, health or better work environment. The amount credited through this account is over and above your CTC.
This Well-being Account administered through Forma offers employees the opportunity and flexibility to purchase eligible items and/or services to use for their personal well-being. Employees are allocated with ₹2,600 per quarter. Once it reaches its maximum of 5 quarters (₹13,000) and is not used, it does not recharge until the amount is used up.
8) Do we get Internet reimbursement?
Your CTC package has special allowances as a payout. We have not segregated the special allowances under different categories and included internet reimbursement under the head of “Special Allowance”.
You are required to maintain a strong internet connectivity at your home to make sure work can be done smoothly without interruption. There will be various calls you will need to go on, which will require audio and video capabilities. Please make sure your internet connection supports them and is atleast 4G.
9) Do we get office setup reimbursement?
Forma benefits can we used to avail office set-up equipment. The choice to work from office or the comfort of your home is the benefit we provide to all our staff.
10) What is the laptop configuration that we get?
The laptop that is issued to each employee is aligned with the work they need to do. With the laptop you will also get the accessories like headset, mouse and keyboard.
11) Do we get a company mobile phone and bill reimbursement?
If there is a necessity of a mobile phone and bill reimbursement for your work profile the benefit will be provided with your manager’s approval.
12) Do we get Sodexo food coupons and is there eating facility around the office?
Our offices have cafeterias and food is available at subsidised rates. At office we provide unlimited tea, coffee and snacks. Sodexo coupons are not a monthly payout but provided need basis.
13) Do you provide childcare facility?
As we work hybrid and flexi-work hours at office we do not provide childcare facilities. As our company grows in size we will visit this option again.
14) Do you provide LTA?
The Income-tax Act, 1961 offers salaried individuals several tax exemptions, beyond deductions like LIC premiums and housing loan interest in the Old Tax regime only. This deduction can be claimed twice in four years for domestic travel. The company provides LTA reimbursement.
