We’re updating our Cotality Workspace™ and Estimate™ pricing structure for adjusters and service providers. These changes will better align with how the insurance industry operates today. Our goal is to provide flexible, scalable access that grows with your needs while continuing to deliver powerful value through our evolving product suite.

Transaction Fees

In addition to monthly license fees, all transactions for are subject to the following transaction fees (with the exception of Single User Independent Adjusters).

Claim Creation and Assignment Fee Per each assignment accepted from another company, even if no estimate is created. No additional fees will be incurred for sub-assignments. Charged only to the company accepting the assignment.

Seat license manager is active for purchasing and assigning new licenses to users.

Nov 1

Seat licenses required to access Cotality Workspace™ and Estimate™. New transaction-based pricing model goes into effect.
